Release of 0.2.0

This is a major update adding a new level, multiple new enemies and a new boss. Also includes a lot of other changes and fixes. Level loading should be a lot faster, enemies less performance intense and much more. Have fun! A new level is already in development. 

New stuff:

• Level 2
• Moved the Necromancer boss to Lv 2
• Added new boss to Lv 1
• 2x New enemies:
  • Chort, armed with a sawsword
  • Imp, a small fast creature with a knife
• Loading screens and background loading for the levels => less freezes and faster loading
• Enemies that are far off screen will not process and not take up performance. 
• Anything that is offscreen will no longer be rendered
